As a Mamma, a former nurse, a body worker and a nutritional chef I have support of many flavours to create your own bespoke early months  package.

After the full power demands of your body in pregnancy and birthing now baby is here. Goodness I remember it well -not much rest for either parent with the next level draws on Mamma being all consuming, and super Pappa running around looking after everyone and possibly working too. In an ideal world Mamma would be held, nurtured, nourished and supported by her wider family and community so that she can focus on bonding with her baby. Mamma needs nurturing on all levels to support her in the phenomenal role of early motherhood. Great nutrition with extra superfoods and botanicals to support her body to heal, be nourished, be strong. Soothing touch to ease Mamma’s tired, aching, hardworking body - supporting her nervous system to soften and ease with deeply relaxing touch are all part of that care.

Whilst baby is being snuggled by another it’s Mamma’s time to receive care, nurture and nourishment. I’ll set up my massage couch in your home for your soothing healing massage. A mini spa in your own home with beautiful relaxing music and skilled, present, soothing touch. Followed by your supermamma smoothie and delicious raw cakes and snack bars- crammed full of organic superfood nurtrition tailored to your postpartum needs.

Organic Meal Delivery

Delicious, home-cooked nourishing organic meals, made with fresh local produce and packed with nutrition.  Specific foods supporting breastfeeding, healing, nervous system, and systemic balance - Mamma needs great food, and the ease of simply warming it in the oven, with their hands full the whole family could do with a break from meal preparation.
